Pet Policy

At Remor Homes, we understand that pets are more than just animals, they are cherished members of your family. We recognize the significant role they play in enhancing your life, providing companionship, comfort, and joy. Our pet policy is designed with the well-being of both our residents, their furry friends and landlord invesment in mind. Here, we aim to balance the needs of all our residents, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please review our guidelines to learn how we can make this shared space work for everyone, including your beloved pets.

Pet policies vary according to the residence. See below the list of requirements that are valid for residences that will allow pets.

• Allowed Pets: Cats or small dogs of a maximum of 30 lbs are allowed. Changes in the pet occupancy shall be immediatly communicated to Remor Homes.

• Application: Tenants are required to complete a pet screening or registration for service or companion animals prior to move in or prior to obtaining a pet.

• One Time Application Fee: $200.00 per pet for the application and acceptance fee. Service or companion animal doesn't require a registration.

• Monthly Fee: $30.00 monthly per pet.

• Number of pets: You are limited to two pet(s) per house.

• Breeds: Breeds that are commonly labeled as "aggressive" due to insurance requirements are not allowed as mixes of these breeds are not allowed. If you have a mixed breed dog and not sure what the cross is you might be rejected at the pet application.

Wolf – Dog Hybrids
Pit Bull or Pit Bull Terriers
Rottweiler
Husky
Staffordshire Terrier
St. Bernard
Rhodesian Ridgebacks
Farm and Ranch Animals
Any attack, non-domesticated or guard dog
Any non-domestic or exotic animal
