By submitting this pre-application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:

Pre-application information and screening. You represent that all information and statements in this pre-application are true, complete, and accurate. False, incomplete, or misleading information may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law and may result in denial or termination of your pre-application. You authorize Remor Homes and Estates LLC (“Remor Homes”) to contact any references listed and to obtain consumer reports, which may include credit, rental payment history, and criminal background information about you and any listed occupants, in order to evaluate this pre-application. If you are approved to proceed, you further authorize Remor Homes to obtain subsequent consumer reports for permissible tenancy-related purposes, including verifying continued eligibility, collecting amounts owed, and reporting rental payment history to consumer reporting agencies. You and all listed occupants release from liability any person or company that requests or furnishes such information. This pre-application is preliminary only and does not obligate Remor Homes to approve you, execute a lease, or deliver possession of the premises. If your pre-application is approved for next steps, you may receive instructions from a third-party screening provider to complete a credit and criminal background check; any required application fee must be paid by the applicant(s) before final approval is considered. Returned or rejected payments may be subject to a returned-item fee as permitted by law.

Self-guided visit. If approved, your visit will be scheduled for a specific date and time. Only the applicant and occupants listed in this pre-application may enter the property during the approved visit window. Entry outside that window, or by unauthorized persons, is prohibited and may be treated as trespassing. You must present valid government-issued photo identification (submitted separately) before or at the time of access. The property may be monitored by video surveillance cameras, which may record video and/or audio of interior and/or exterior areas during your visit for security, safety, loss prevention, and protection of the property. You expressly consent to such monitoring and recording of yourself and any accompanying occupants while on the premises. You understand that Remor Homes staff may not be present during a self-guided tour and you enter and tour the property at your own risk. You agree to exercise reasonable care, comply with all posted or provided access instructions, and not smoke, bring unauthorized pets, remove items, alter locks or security devices, or damage the property. You agree to leave the property in a secure condition when you depart, including locking doors and following any checkout instructions provided by Remor Homes.

Privacy and identification. Information you provide in this pre-application and any government-issued photo ID you submit (including Stripe Identity verification when enabled) will be used to evaluate your eligibility, verify identity for property access, and communicate with you about your request. Remor Homes may share pre-application information with service providers that perform identity verification, background screening, or property-management services on our behalf.
